EE3 App Functionality

We just started using the Event Espresso HD app and we have a couple questions about its functionality.

(1) We are using the app to check in attendees at our events. Once we check in our visitors, does the app report this back to the EE program at all so we can see who did not check in at a later time? We’re looking for a spot in our admin area where it says someone has checked in and we cannot find it.

(2) We take some payments at the door. Is it possible to mark a non-paid attendee as paid through the app? We didn’t see how to do this but maybe we missed it…

Hi there,

You can view the Attendee Reports in the WP admin and it will show an “Attended” column when the ticketing add-on is active. This column is updated by checking in an attendee with the app.

Regarding the possibility of marking a non-paid attendee as paid through the app, it does not have a feature that makes that happen. However, you can check in a non-paid attendee with the app and update the payment later through the WP admin.
