Currently facing two issues on Payment details page:
1. If transaction is incomplete (Credit card info missing in the required fields ), it is sending Contact details in Infusionsoft and also considering the transaction as Order in Infusionsoft Contacts.
2. If transaction is incomplete (Credit card info missing in the required fields ), it takes user to the next Custom thank you page we have assigned including your provided shortcode.
Your immediate response would be highly appreciated as we are in process to launch the site today.
In EE3 it normally will send the order to Infusionsoft before they reach the payment step. So that will happen regardless of what happens on the credit card form.
With issue #2, the required form fields have validation that should prevent submitting the form. Can you check for JavaScript errors on the page using Firebug or the Web Inspector? It will also help to know which payment gateway you are using.
