Hey guys,

We are switching our theme for our event websites. We have a multisite. It is a little complicated but long story short, I need to clone the new theme to overwrite the old theme with the new content.

We are using the NS Cloner plugin tool for this.

The one thing that scares me is I do not want to overwrite the registration files in the EE plug in.

I have already run this cloning process once on a test site and it works.

Here is my question. It looks like all I have to do is exempt the EE plug in tables from the cloning process and it works great.

Just want to confirm with you guys this is what the EE table files should look like:

wp_65_esp_ticket_price
wp_65_esp_ticket_template
wp_65_esp_venue_meta

I understand the WP_65 is the site ID on the multisite.

Can you confirm that the EE table files should all start with esp?

Or are there any files with a different prefix?

I will definitely do a back up before initiating this process to be safe 8).

Thank you for your help.

Hi there,

All of EE’s custom tabes start with {wp_prefix}esp_

However, something to note here is that EE uses custom post types for events, attendees etc and those are stored within the wp_posts table. You can’t just pull over EE’s tables into another database, you’ll nee dot copy the entire database from Site A to Site B and then modify the DB in Site B (assuming that’s the new site).
