InvalidArgumentException thrown
If a page has a deleted EE event then the entire page is not functional and will only show the following error code.
A valid Event ID is required to use the “ESPRESSO_TICKET_SELECTOR” shortcode.
An Event with an ID of “61843” could not be found.
Please verify that the shortcode added to this post’s content includes an “event_id” argument and that it’s value corresponds to a valid Event ID.

Hi,
That’s actually a known issue and the dev team will hopefully add some better error handling there. So for example if the viewer of the page with the errant shortcode is the admin, they’ll see a message that says to correct the event ID in the shortcode. Then, if the viewer of the page isn’t an admin, the shortcode will output nothing and the remainder of the page will generate as expected.
In the meantime, the error can be avoided by providing only valid event IDs in ESPRESSO_TICKET_SELECTOR shortcodes.
