I’ve uploaded a screen shot of the event ticket. From what I’ve read on similar posts it mentions the event date time needing a quantity. For my site I can only sale 25 Class fees, and may or may not sale 25 cpr masks as you could bring your own.
These are test scenarios we created that is why there are no registrants yet. So in the future if there will always be 2 tickets for every event
Event with 2 ticket options-
#1 – space for 10 registrants , 10 registered
#2 – space for 10 registrants , 3 registered
Will it appeared sold out on the table view since #2 can’t be bought without #1 and #1 is sold out?
Since #2 is an optional book for class there will always be leftover quantity. I don’t want that to affect the table view list by having it not say “Sold Out”
Is there any other way rather than going in through the day to manually make classes “sold out”?
Your example shows that there is an active ticket option (status of active with a green strip).
If your future events will be setup in a similar way, then you would need to change the status to sold out because if there is at least one ticket option available for registration, then that isn’t considered sold out.
