I recently updated the event espresso plugin and overall it appears to be working but there are some small glitches.
1. it shows the older php version “Event Espresso recommends PHP version 5.6.32 or greater for optimal performance. You are currently running version 5.6.30.” but we are running 7.0.16
2. I cannot export a csv file list of these registrants or batch select the registrants
3. it is now allowing edits to wordpress users or dismissal of PHP version upgrade alert in header of admin

Hi Paul,

I was able to log in, and when I view the source of an admin page it’s evident there’s a fatal error being thrown near the WP Footer area in the admin so the admin pages are not completely loading. That fatal error is likely causing the other issues since the page didn’t completely load.

We’ll need the correct FTP information to be able to investigate further. Can you verify that information is correct and resend the support token form?

Hey Josh – I did confirm the ftp info before I submitted. Are you having any issues with FTP login? – Paul

Yes, Error -203: miscellaneous error occurred while trying to login to the host. Can you resend the form and include the confirmed FTP information?

I can resend the form with that info but it is the same info I just reconfirmed. I retried with the same info using yummy ftp and needed to force TLS and then it went through.

OK thanks I got it to work after setting it to use Passive Mode.

The Database and Memory Usage plugin was actually causing the fatal error:
> PHP Fatal error: Uncaught Error: Call to undefined function mysql_query()

mysql_query() was removed in PHP 7.0 so that plugin cannot be used on your website. The plugin has been deactivated and the admin pages load as expected now.

A little heads up about the version of WP that’s installed on the site: You’ll need to click the Update Now button to update get future updates (and to WordPress 4.9.4) because WP 4.9.3 had an issue. More info here:
