I have EE running on a single site in an MU install running 4 other sites. Every time there is an EE update I have to do it manually and am informed that the licensing only allows one site to be installed..
I only want EE on one the site, so why does it keep nagging me, is there a way to make these messages go away and allow for one click updates?

Hi Christopher,
Event Espresso v3.X does not officially support Multi-Site.
Once EE4 is released we will be improving Multi-site compatibility although unfortunately I cannot comment on when currently.
