I am trying to delete a question from the trash. Here is the message I get:
“This Question is currently linked to one or more Question Option records. If this Question is incorrect, then please remove it from all Question Options before attempting to delete it.”
It is not linked in any of the question groups I have created. I have gone through them all. There was a question about this in the forums in March 2015. I went through that forum question…. but that didn’t solve the problem.

Hi Irene,
Is the question assigned to a group that is currently in the trash?
If you go to Event Espresso -> Registration Form.
Then go to the Question Groups tab and click the Trash link – http://take.ms/aPhTl
Click to edit the groups there and check if the question is assigned to any of those groups.

Hi Irene, Event Espresso has some safeguards to prevent loss of information. If this question was used by one or more registrations, then it would not be available for being deleted.
Were you previously testing out some registrations using this question?
If so, could you please trash and remove those registrations? That should allow this question to be removed.

Yes I was testing out some registrations using these questions. I have now trashed and removed all testing registrations. I have gone through all the question groups. Neither of the questions that I want to get completely out of EE are linked ot any of the question groups. I still am unable to get rid of the questions out of the trash.
Further suggestions?
