We’ve just renewed our EE 4 Support license and bought an ‘Everything’ license. Our Account page is now asking me to select which type of support license we have, but the ‘Everything’ license is not an option in that drop down. What should we do?
Your account currently has the EE4 Everything License assigned to it, the dropdown you mention is to allow you to switch your license to another if needed and you do not need to select your current license there.

No, thanks Tony. We just haven’t seen a reply for a week on the last ticket we submitted. That reply was submitted literally as I was renewing our license, and I wonder if it’s been overlooked because the license wasn’t up to date at the time of submission. If we could get a follow up on that, that would be great.
The dropdown menu option that you are referring to isn’t need in this case as you have an active support license.
