Our events are saying the following when you try to register:

Nothing in your Event Queue
You need to select at least one event before you can proceed with the registration process.

Go to May 14th for example: https://www.masterpiecemixerssuwanee.com/calendar/

It’s happening on ALL events.

Hi Dorian,

Have you made any changes to the website since the time this was working? Examples of changes include new plugins, updated plugins, changes to the database, changes to server configuration. You can also check with the host to see if they’ve made any upgrades or migrated the server since that time.

I have not added anything new. All of the other sites are fine.

How about updated plugins, changes to the database, changes to server configuration?

The other thing you can do is troubleshoot on that site where you’re having some trouble. Here’s a link to our troubleshooting guide:

It’s weird because we have 14 sites all set up the same, with the same plugins and on the same server. All of them have the same versions of all plugins.

We are on: PHP Version 5.5.36

Also, it started this morning. No updates to plugins or wordpress have been performed in about a week.

You could also FTP in and check to see if any files have been modified there. One thing to keep in mind though, your other sites may have the same theme and plugins, but do you know if any of the settings on the one site have been changed in any of the theme or options panels?

Host confirmed no updates were performed on the server yesterday or today

Can you FTP into the server and check for errors in the error logs? You can also turn on debug mode (set WP_DEBUG to log errors).

https://codex.wordpress.org/Debugging_in_WordPress#Example_wp-config.php_for_Debugging

Then you try registering for an event and then you check the debug.log file.

Hi Dorian,

I ran a test registration before you repaired your tables and saw the same error, testing now I can register and select a payment method so it looks like its working as expected.

Which table needed to be repaired?

I just did a select all and repair.

In that case, I’m glad it’s working 🙂
