You mention that you can send test emails, is that one of the tests you can do from where you edit the Event Espresso Message templates? If not, can you go to test an email from one of the email Message template editors? If that test is sucessful, it may help to go to Event Espresso > Messages > Message Settings and set the the option for emails to be sent on the same request.
It’s important to discern whether the emails are actually not getting sent, or if they’re actually getting sent, but not received. Are there messages showing as sent on the Event Espresso > Messages > Messages Activity page? If you find that they’re getting sent, can you check to see whether the emails are getting trapped in the spam folder?
Thanks, Josh! I backed out everything and started from scratch with EE, using wp_mail. We are now getting registrations and emails. Thanks again!
