Hi there,

Currently, the importer doesn’t allow for group registration so yes you would need to create 2 separate entries in the CSV for this.

If is a group registration where they selected 2 tickets without providing registration details for each registrant you can duplicate the row within CSV.

Ok so if “Joe Smith” buys two tickets offline, in person, and we are going to import the two tickets “Joe Smith” buys, I need to create two separate line entries for (2) GA Tickets? There is no way to create this as one transaction with multiple tickets in the Importer? Am I Understanding this correctly?

Yes, correct, that’s 2 rows within the CSV.

The important creates a registration for each individual row in the CSV, linking those registrations to group transactions starts to complicate the CSV. Users then incorrectly set the values within the CSV which causes more problems than it solves (we saw similar with an event importer we tested with EE4).

For group registrations you are likely better off creating the registrations manually within the admin.
