I have used the EE importer for a 2nd event (same registrants as the 1st event) so registrants does not have to register again, once registrants was successfully imported to the 2nd event, I triggered that “Payment Reminder” on each registrant to receive the amount for the 2nd event as well as the link to the payment. However, when registrant received the PAYMENT REMINDER email and click on the link to make a payment online – the registration form details appeared, then once it was finalized the payment option (in this case we use Paypal) did not show. Please help
Did these registrations have any payments associated with them at all or do they just owe the full amount?
If you check in the Message Queue (Event Espresso -> Messages) you’ll see a list of emails triggered. Can you find one of these payment reminder emails, copy the link they are using and post it here please?

That’s not a link I can use as its an admin link. I was looking for the link the user would use to open the payment options (or at least try to) but that’s the admin link to edit the template itself which I can’t view without logging in.
However, I did manage to reproduce this and it looks like an issue with how the importer sets up the registrations ‘reg_steps’ which require an update to the add-on.
Just noting here that we fixed this via a support token, the importer add-on needs to set some additional information for each individual registration to allow or ‘revisit’ links to work.
We’ll be pushing an update to the importer add-on to include this shortly.
