Hi, I tested my paypal payment via sandbox setting and account but I received “error!IPN Validation Failed . https://www.sandbox.paypal.com/cgi-bin/webscr with response:INVALID”
with Transaction Failed and the pending payment status for the ticket.
This is the INP Debug Info for Paypal_Standard Email I received:

Also sandbox test account use only US$.
I think the only way is that I can to make real payment direct to my Paypal account in EUR and test if it’s right…
I would create a test event with a low ticket price such as $1. Then you can disable the sandbox option and update your PayPal information and test again.
Once you are finished testing, you can refund the funds back to your account.
Ok, I tested with a real ticket of EUR1
I now can complete the order but when I finish the transaction e return to my thank-you page (after Paypal redirect) I see in the Transaction Details section the “Transaction Status: Failed” but in The Payment Details I see “Payment Status:Accepted” and I receive both emails of the correct payment and Confirmation of Registration.
Now only the Transaction Status is incorrect even if the payment is ok!
Thanks for testing. We have seen this happen if the PayPal IPN has not processed before you view the thank you page. This typically takes a few seconds which would explain why it looks okay (payment received for transaction) in the WordPress admin.
We are currently making some adjustments to account for this delay and it will be available in an upcoming release of Event Espresso 4.
