EE Email problem

Hello!
Event Espresso 4 seems to block all the email that is generated. (Queued For Generating)… I need to force them to be emailed. As for the WordPress, the email is working well.

Any idea ? In the message activity I notice that the To: field is (NO RECIPIENT)… but If I push the button to generate them + push another button to send the email.

You can go to Event Espresso > Messages > Settings and set the option to generate and send emails on the same request.

Hello,

This uses wp_cron to generate those emails about every 5 minutes or whenever the next wp_cron runs. If your site is under development or has low traffic, then that process can be slow as wp_cron won’t be triggered from regular front-end traffic.

Go to your WP dashboard and then Event Espresso –> Messages. Trigger any emails that have not been triggered just as you described.

Then go to Settings and scroll down and adjust the option so it triggers on the same request and then save changes.
