I recently upgraded my site to the latest version of Avada, and on the pages with the EE plugin, there seems to be a conflict resulting in shortcodes being displayed on the page.
Those look like Avada shortcodes, or possibly some shortcodes for a page builder plugin. So if you have page builder plugin installed, you should probably check and make sure the page builder plugin is activated. Otherwise you can contact Theme Fusion for support.
The shortcodes are actually being created by the EE plugin. They are between the diffferent events/tables that EE creates, and only disappear if I take the whole Event Espresso shortcode off the page.
All plugins relating the Avada are up to date, and the page builder plugin is activated.
There’s no way that Event Espresso is directly creating those shortcodes. Event Espresso does not have shortcodes like title size, map_address, or separator. If you switch to another WordPress theme by using the Customizer do the shortcodes go away? If they do not, then the next step is you deactivate the other plugins on the site one by one to find the plugin that’s adding them.
