Our current address is listed correctly under General Setting, however, when I download a transaction receipt it’s still showing our old address. How can we fix this? Thank you π
There are settings within the Invoice payment method to override the general settings.
Go to Event Espresso -> Payment methods -> Invoice
(If it is de-activated, temporarily activate it)
There you’ll see a field for Payee address, does that contain the old address? If so, remove it and save. EE will then use the General Settings values.
