Hi there, trying to open the EE app and i get one of two errors, either that the username chiroeurope is not registered, and when I change it to the email on the account lynn@chiroeurope.com, that the password is incorrect. Both of course are correct as I used them to log in to send this message. Any thoughts? Thanks Craig
You don’t log into the EE App using your EventEspresso.com credentials.
The app communicates directly with the site you are using Event Espresso on and have set the URL to use in the app, so you log in with the credentials for the site itself, not your EE account 🙂
