Hi guys,
I get the error “The server was acting as a gateway…”
I’ve searched the forums and haven’t found a solutions for me.
I’ve double checked the URL and it’s certainly correct: https://lupineart.com. I tried without https, using http, with and without www etc.
I migrated my site from godaddy to inmotion last week as they are on the list of recommended hosts for EE.
The servers are Apache with suphp.
I don’t have Application Passwords installed as I prefer not to use it. I didn’t use it when I hosted with godaddy. Is it required?
This problem occurred since I migrated.
Any suggestions?

And I’ve reviewed the troubleshooting https://eventespresso.com/wiki/ee4-event-apps/#troubleshooting but didn’t see my issue.

No.

Usually that only happens when the wrong URL is entered in the app, so…

So https://lupineart.com is the full URL you are entering in the app?
It should be just lupineart.com so try with that.
If you install the WP REST API Log plugin, then try to connect to the site, do you see entries in the log?
