The Android EE app was working fine until mid today when it stopped reflecting the correct number of attendees. App reflects 135 paid and website reflects 167. Not sure whats going on. In looking at the specific attendees the latest tickets sold are there but there the total paid and not paid are incorrect. BTW I get this info from tapping on the “i” in the android app. |
Hi Stuart, Have you tried ‘swiping down’ on the attendee page to refresh the list? |
Just tried it didn’t work. Refreshed the info page and nothing changed. |
Hi Stuart, Are you running any caching plugins on the website? |
No I’m not using any caching plugins. |
Hi there, Can you let us know which version of each you have installed? Event Espresso 3 version |
EE 3.1.36.6.P |
BTW I originally posted that it was stuck at 135 paid it has updated to 138 but this is still far from the real number there are about 250 paid. |
Hi Stuart, It’d be good to verify that you have the right version of the app. There have been a few different versions of the Android app, and the one that’s currently supported will have an author credit that says “By JeffMeJones” at the bottom of the log in screen. You can check the JSON API plugin’s version number by going to the WordPress Plugins screen and the version number will be listed there. |

Yes that is what mine says Ver 2.0 |
Just updated the JSON API to 2.1.3.P and nothing changed. |
Hi Stuart, I checked into this on some test sites and I’m not seeing any discrepancies between paid and unpaid counts between the WP admin and the Android app. One thing to check is if there are a number of Pending registrations. Pending registrations get added to the total attendee count in the WP admin’s Attendee list. In the Android app, they are counted as unpaid registrations. If you do an export of the attendee list and open it in Excel it will show you how many registrations are Pending and Complete. |

Yeah something is definately wrong since it says 150 sold 138 paid. We have sold 277 and have 247 paid. |
Hi Stuart, It will say 150 sold for all events that have more that 150 attendees because it pulls in 150 attendees at a time. You’ll notice that when it goes to the event view it pulls in 150 attendees, then another 150, then another until it loads all of them. |
