EE and addons not showing in account

Hi guys

as far as I am aware I renewed my account back in July and a number of plugins since then. However I can’t see them listed in my Account area – particularly to download. Am I missing something here? has something changed?

Hi there,

I checked and I do not see any record of renewal for this account. Perhaps you renewed the license for a different account? In any case you can reach out to the sales team and they can help you get this sorted out.
