I am unable to login to the app on my iPhone. It says invalid username or password. I have quadruple checked both multiple times. Tried using username with password and email as username with password, neither worked. When I use the email it says the password is wrong. I tried to reset the password on the website but received no email notification to confirm this change and the old password works fine on the website. Please help.
Also, you should only input the username into the username field, no email address.
Since you’re not receiving the password reset email, what you could do is try creating a brand new user account. The user account can have either the Administrator role or the Event Administrator role. WordPress will generate the password and if you copy the password to the iOS device to pasted into the password field that should just work.
