I am trying to email all of the registrants registered for an event, and I can do it for the 10 that appear on the first page of registrants, but when I go to the next page and select all of them, the registrants selected on the first page of people signed up get unselected. How do I send an email to ALL of the registrants if the are so many people that they all are not on one page in the registrant list?

Hello, I understand what is happening. By default the pagination shows 10 at a time. In the top right area of the page, you’ll see screen options. Click on that. Then look for the pagination value which will be 10.
Raise it to a higher value like 100 and then save changes. The page will then refresh and you should see more registrations than before.
