EE 4.6.14p & Mollie payment integration stuck on 'Finalize Registration'

I have a WP 4.1.1 installation with the latest EE 4.6.14p and the Mollie payment integration. Unfortunately it keeps getting stuck when clicking ‘Finalize Registration’.

Can a developer take a look to see what might be the issue?

Hi there,

An error may be appearing and we can take a look using a tool like Safari developer tools.

Could you provide a link to any event on your site?

I got the following error:

Thanks Mike. Have you tried temporarily deactivating other plugins to rule out a plugin conflict?

Hi Lorenzo,

Apparantly it is conflicting with the Woocommerce Mollie plugin (from Mollie not Woothemes).
https://github.com/mollie/WooCommerce

It’s arguable that people who will want to sell tickets AND sell products via Woocommerce will probably all run into this. Since you are rarely not going to use different PSPs.

I agree as well and I’ve created a bug ticket for our developers to review.

I’ll update this support post once I have more information.

Is there any ETA?
If not, would it be possible to get a refund so we can switch to an alternate iDeal plugin?

Hi,

There is no ETA currently, but we are most definitely working on it: the ticket has been picked up by the developer, a fix has been put in place and it is now awaiting testing before being added to the next release version.

Am I correct in assuming this is dealt with in v 4.6.18 ?
Or is it scheduled for 4.6.19 ?

Hi Mike, we would you your help in verifying the fix. This specific fix prevents redeclaring of the iDeal Mollie resources when iDeal Mollie is in use multiple times on a website.
