Editing, deleting and doing manual transactions not working

Hi,

I noticed that editing or deleting transactions, as well as doing manual payments and refunds with the corresponding buttons in the espresso_transactions page are not working. All that happens is that a transparent bar appears over the top of the page, but nothing else. I tried different browsers and themes. I have disabled all the plugins, but it just is not working. What could be the trouble here?

Hello,

Could you go to WP-admin –> General Settings and switch your site to any other language?

Then immediately switch it back to your original language and save changes.

Does that help with the issue?

Hi,

That did not work unfortunately. But if I change language to English and keep it like that, it works fine. So it has something to do with language setting.

Hi there,

May I ask which language setting you were using when it did not work? Also, are you using a custom translation file, or is it the one that’s automatically loaded when you change the language setting?

I’m using Dutch language. And indeed at some point I did upload a custom translation file. I will remove it and see what happens.

Yes, that resolved the issue! I will create new language files and see if the issue returns. Issue resolved as far as I’m concerned, thanks for the support!
