Edit registration-checkout page to show all the tickets purchased be together. If more than one type of ticket is purchased the details is shown, then the personal Information section is displayed, then the details of any subsequent tickets is shown. Can the detail information not be split?

Hi there,
Currently Event Espresso will break down each ticket, display the qty of each ticket and request details for that ticket type in individual sections, you can not combine all of the ticket selection into one and then request all registration details.

Currently each individual section is separated by the personal information, then another individual ticket section. Can they be placed directly under each other?

You want to display all of the ticket information at the top of the page and then all of the registration forms directly below?
If so that’s not currently available within EE and would require custom development.

Support tokens are used to provide one on one support, ie if you have a problem and something is not working or maybe a plugin conflict we can help that.
We often go beyond this for some customizations but not for larger scale customizations such as the one you are requesting here. You would need the help of a developer to create the templates required, if you are not currently working with one we have a list of developer familiar with EE here:

Maybe there is a misunderstanding. I am not looking for a large scale customization. Simply re-arrange the ticket detail section to go above the registration form. Does that require a large scale customization? Is it a matter of duplicating the existing template (which one?) and place the ticket detail section accordingly? Similar to how the content-espresso_event.php is edited.
Any guidance is appreciated.

I wouldn’t recommend editing any templates to accomplish this. Instead you can use a tiny bit of jQuery to move things around. Example code follows:

You can add the above to a functions plugin or into your WordPress theme’s functions.php file.
