I am using EE4 and would like to add a question (existing phone number) to the Personal Question Group, but i do not see any option to activate other available questions to be part of this group. I tried to create a new group as well but still couldn’t add any question to it.

Hi Mahmood,
Can you tell me the exact version number of EE4 you are currently using please?
This is available under Dashboard -> Plugins. Find Event Espresso in the list and add the ‘version’ here.

Thanks for your prompt reply.
I figured it out. It seems that I cannot add existing system questions to the group. so i created a new question for Phone then add it to the group.

Hi Mahmood,
It sounds like you were able to figure this out. We restrict certain actions on the system questions & question groups as certain changes could break your site and prevent registrations.
