Edit Messages Pages Blank

I just upgraded from an older version of EE4 to the latest version of EE4 — and did not migrate our old data (perfectly fine — we didn’t need it). When I go to edit any of the Message templates the Edit and Create Custom buttons lead to a blank screen. (You can see my WordPress menu on the side of the screen, but the section of the screen where an editor should be is just gray. Help!

Everything else seems okay for now.

Hi Melissa,

If you enable WP_DEBUG and retest, does an error message show in that blank section?
