I have tried just about everything I can find to edit this information. I am using EE4. The documentation does not get me to any place where I can see and edit this information. The General Settings Contact Information does not show the same information as apparently the [company] shortcode on the invoices etc.

May I ask what have you tried? The “Organization Name” field on the Event Espresso > General Settings page will be what’s output by the [COMPANY] shortcode.

The address that appears under the logo on the invoice and the receipt is incorrect. It has the wrong zipcode. I cannot find where to modify that information. When I look at the default templates, which I am using, they only show a shortcode [company]. The zip code on the General Settings page is correct. ?????

It sounds like you’re looking at the [INVOICE_PAYEE_ADDRESS] shortcode, which pulls the fields from the Event Espresso > Payment Method Settings > Invoice Settings page.

There is no invoice settings page. Invoices are not enabled. However, if I enable them, then I can edit the address field. I then disabled them again. Very odd behavior but seems to work. Thanks.

The reason for being able to enable/disable the invoice payment method is toggle the option to give your registrants the option to pay by Invoice.
