Edit category in drop down box on event page

I was wondering how to update the categories drop down on the events page? I was hoping to add a ‘Webinar’ option.

Hi Shelby,

I’m not sure how the categories drop down on the events page is built, (it’s not added by Event Espresso) but it might be displaying all of the event categories. You could try going to Event Espresso > Categories, then click “Add New Category”, then add your new category. Then assign an event to that category.

If the drop down box shows all event categories the new category will automatically be added there.
