Hi,
There is a field called “limit” which allows me to set a maximum number of tickets that we want to make available. However, under “Available Tickets” – which is where I created two ticket options, one with the discounted pricing and one with the regular pricing – there is a “qty” field which shows the quantity of tickets that are available for this type of ticket. My question is the following – whatever number I put into “limit” is that the max number of tickets? Moreover, right now I have 24 in the “qty” field for the discounted and regular pricing. Ultimately, we only have 24 seats for this event – which is what I put into the “limit” field. We just want to make sure you can’t purchase 48 in this particular case. The Limit field is correctly set. So in the case of the event with a limit of 24, that one datetime has a limit of 24. That means that a combination of tickets from the 3 options can be purchased, but the event will sell out once the total number of combined tickets equals 24.
