I have a few problems with Event Espresso sending E-Mails. If I register a testattendee there is no E-Mail sent to the registered mailaddress. If this attendee has paid, there is no confirmation mail either. If I go to the attendee list and sent a mail to the registerd attendees, nothing happens, too. Mails aren’t in the spamfolder, too. Tried with different adresses and providers.
Sounds like you are having mail authentication issues. Try installing the WordPress SMTP plugin or talking to your hosting provider about setting up authentication on your mail server.
I don’t think that that is the problem. Other mails created directly with WordPress oder a Newsletter plugin were sent. The Newsletter Plugin was deactivated for testing, but no changes with wordpress.
Try turning the Fancy Email Headers setting off on the General Settings page.
