Hello,
since I updated the Plugin to the newsest Version I can’t customize the E-Mail Template.
There is a warning so I cant save my custom tempalte:

What can I do?

The warning you’re seeing is likely coming from a typo in the translation for that string. Are you using a custom language file?
Alternatively you can turn off WP_DEBUG and add
@ini_set( 'display_errors', 0 );
to your wp-config.php file.

Hey Josh, yes I#m using a custom language file.
How can I find that failure in this file?

Open up your PO file and look for this string:
This will parse to the Feature image for the event, %1$ssize%2$s can be set to determine the size of the image loaded by the shortcode. The %1$swidth%2$s and/or %1$sheight%2$s can also be set to determine the width and height of the image when output. By default the shortcode will load the %1$sthumbnail%2$s image size.
Do you have that translated without the placeholders? %1$s and %2$s
