Duplication problem

I have updated event espresso as advised and it hasn’t fixed the problem I’m having with certain events duplicating in my cart. The version is reading 3.1.34.1.P is that the most updated version?

Hi Stacey,

Yes that’s the most recent release. Are the add ons up to date as well? You can check the latest version from your account page.

It didn’t fix the problem you respond to me about last night. I sent the email directly to Seth instead of through the forum and you responded. Here is the page to my site:

It’s the Tres Rios October & March events that are not charging and duplicating. Please advise how I should fix this or if you need to access my site to evaluate it.

Hi Stacey,

The issue you are reporting here can happen under the following conditions when using the Volume Discounts add-on:

The Multi Event Registration add-on is active; the Volume Discounts add-on is active.
The event has 2 categories assigned to it.
One category is set for volume discounts.

We have a fix for this that’s ready for release. In the meantime you can download a development copy of the Volume Discounts add-on from this link:
