Duplicate/Erroneous Registration Confirmations EE4

Customers who register for an EE event through our website (www.torontoadventures.ca) are receiving two registration confirmation emails. One is a custom confirmation email that is working properly. The second confirmation email contains scrambled information. The correct registration confirmation is located in the EE “messages” box in the emails subsection. The erroneous registration confirmation is not located in the EE “messages” box under emails, URLS or PDFs. We cannot find the source of the erroneous confirmation email. Any suggestions? This is confusing our customer booking experience severely.

Hi there,

We’ll need to see messages to help narrow this down so I have just placed a test registration on one of your events under my name.

Can you trigger the registration Approved messages for that registration please.

You can do this by navigating to Event Espresso -> Registration.

Clicking the checkbox next to my registration and selecting ‘Approve and notify’ from the bulk actions dropdown, then clicking apply – http://take.ms/ktAfe
