Duplicated Events

Good Morning;
When I press the duplicate event button it duplicates the event multiple times? Can you let me know how we can stop this happening? Creating a lot of confusion

Hi Teresa,

When you duplicate an event it displays the original event rather than the duplicate. If at this point you use the Filters at all, each time you use them they will create another duplicate. This is a known issue in which we have a ticket for a fix within the next version of Event Espresso.

So currently, when you use the ‘duplicate an event’ feature, straight after you click Duplicate and you are shown a single event, you need to then click Event Overview to get the full list of events. You can then use the filters as normal.

This will stop any further duplicates from being created.
