We are getting duplicate registration notification messages for an event. One registrant registered on May 1 and we received an email notification that day, and just randomly received another today. Also received another one (at the same time) today from a participant that originally registered on April 25th. Any idea what may have triggered the resend of these two?
It is also possibility that this was clicked accidentally. Anyway, we will do our best to investigate this issue. If you experience it again, try to remember what was the last action you did in EE, or plugin installed or anything that can help us replicate the issue.
This was an isolated issue (apart from it happening twice on the same day). It is not possible that it was clicked accidentally. I am very rarely in Event Espresso and we get very few registrations online (most come through email). The only thing I “could” have been doing that day is updating a different event’s tickets, but that is done rarely as well. No new plugins were installed. I know this is not very helpful for debugging the issue, but they really did just seem to arrive out of the blue.
