Duplicate primary registration fields and Intuit issue

Hello, I have two issues I could use some help with. The first is hopefully easy. We somehow wound up with multiple system-generated questions on our registration form (i.e. First Name, Last Name, etc). I need help weeding these duplicates out if possible.

In addition, we just started experiencing issues with the Intuit plugin. It was working fine as of two days ago but now it won’t disconnect or connect. The plugin says its connected but expires on 9-15-22, but right below that it says NOT CONNECTED TO QUICKBOOKS in big red letters. I updated my user an auth key but nothing changed. I hit the disconnect button and nothing happens. i hit the reconnect button and get a popup that just says “There was an Error while trying to request a request_token, please try again”.

I have a support token that I’m submitting now. Please help!!!
