Duplicate orders

Twice in the last couple of weeks we’ve had an order get charged to our Braintree account twice. Looking at the last time, I see two transactions with same ID under Transactions where the user purchased two tickets to the event. Both show Complete, the registrations for the first one show Pending Payment while the registrations for the second show Approved. The first also had incomplete registration info, no email or address, but the second has all. Any idea what is happening? We have to void one of the transadtions in Braintree each time.

They may have hit the back button right after hitting the payment button, then hit the payment button once more. They would have had to time it just right to get two charges though.
