Whenever we duplicate an event, it also duplicates all the registrations with the event. Is this a bug or intentional?
The registrations that duplicate change the event title but keep the registration date of the old duplicated event. This caused a major issue for us recently cause we thought we had tens of paid registrants for an event but only a handful showed up so after looking into it further we realized that registrations date were over a month ago which is not possible cause the event was not published then. So we discovered they copied over when we duplicated an older event.
Can this be corrected?

Hmm, strange.
Duplicating an event within EE4 should NOT also duplicate all of the registrations assigned to the original event.
Are you using a post duplicator plugin at all or just using the standard button within the event editor?

If you duplicate another event that has attendees, right now, do the attendees get copied over?

I have recently updated, not sure if that changed something but I just tried duplicating two events and no it didn’t move over registrations. I also did it as my editor, who reported the duplication to me, so appears to be “fixed”. sorry for wasting your time. if it comes up again, i will try and get steps to recreate.
