I been searching High and Low through the support forum looking for a current way on EE4 your latest build to delete all test transactions when ready to go live. I can not find anything out there at all. I am going through training with my client now but after complete would like to start with a fresh slate. Really wish there was a sandbox mode in EE link payment systems use to not muddy up your data.

I am looking for some simple clear instruction on the process as it will be needed in less then a week.

You can get a 100% clean slate by going to Event Espresso > Maintenance > Reset and reset the data. This option will delete everything, so if you have events that you don’t want to delete, your other option is go to Event Espresso > Transactions and then go in to each transaction that has a payment, delete the payments, then you go to Event Espresso > Registrations and check the boxes next to the registrations, then move them to the Trash. Once the registrations are in the trash they can be permanently deleted.

Thanks Josh

I was hoping for a solutions that deletes registers and tickets but not the events.

When I got to Event Espresso > Transactions and then go in to each transaction that has a payment, delete the payments

I do not see a option to delete the payments.

If there’s a payment on the transaction, there will be a little trash can icon that you can click on to delete the payment.
