Hi,

Is there a way to duplicate events? We have an event in 10 cities, with about 12 different ticket types, al strating same date and time. To create this manually is a lot of work, would be nice to duplicate this.

grtz,
Sven

Hi Sven,

When using EE3 if you edit the event, you’ll find a ‘Duplicate Event’ button within the event options – http://take.ms/r8P0W

If you click this the event will be duplicated. However when using this feature when you click Duplicate you will be shown a single event, which is actually the event you duplicated, rather than the new event. This has been fixed within the next update of Event Espresso. Until that version is released you will need to click the Duplicate button, then once shown the single event within the Event Overview click ‘Event Overview’ on the left of the screen to view all event again and find your newly created event.

So for example, if I duplicate an event – http://take.ms/gImM2

I am taken to a single event which is the original – http://take.ms/eZfkh

Clicking the highlighted ‘Event Overview’ then shows all the events.

Does that help?
