I need a little bit of assistance. We just purchased Event Espresso for our foundations event management and when the plugin is activated, dropdowns in the dashboard cease to function. I am thinking it may be a JQuery conflict with the theme. I have no idea how to fix this issue. Any help would be much appreciated.
Thanks for sending. I checked the dashboard and I’m having trouble finding the dropdowns that are reported to be not working when Event Espresso is activated. Can you let us know how to find them?
The Wepay issue may be from having an incorrect access token entered in the Event Espresso>Payment settings. The token for the staging server will be different from the live server. It looks like a staging server token was entered and the gateway is not in debug mode. There is some information about the difference between Wepay ‘s staging and live servers here:
