Dropdown menu in Registration does not allow me to sort

I am currently using ver 4.6.27.p I am attempting to set up registration questions for an event. When I select dropdown as an option and I add everything I needed, I noticed that when I save, the “Not Applicable”dropdown choice I added to be on top of the others, gets saved as the second instead.

Any reason that might occur?

Now I am going to test again with a completely empty database, but having information for these questions already asked and populated causing the issue? If so, how do I completely delete these answers while I am testing?

Are there any errors appearing in Firebug or Chrome developer tools? If so, another plugin could be interfering here.

On your second question, if this is a new WP install (new database), then you won’t see any existing information.
