Hi, I am just seeking some advice on how to make our available tickets neater and not take up so much space. For example, a drop-down that will then display the tickets or something similar to this. We need to display the description on the tickets. Here is a link Link you can see our multiple tickets take up a lot of space. Is there a setting or something to put this list in a drop-down or accordion or something similar? |

Hi there, Does each of those tickets link to their own DateTime within the event? The only option we have for filtering tickets on the ticket selector right now is available in Event Espresso -> Events -> Templates. Under the ‘Ticket Selector Template Settings’ heading you’ll see 2 options: ‘Show Date & Time Filter?’ – The option is basically either ‘off’ or ‘maybe based on the threshold option’, set this option to ‘Maybe show…’ ‘Date & Time Filter Threshold’ – This is the threshold mentioned above, if the event has less than this many unique Datetime, the filter option doesn’t show on the ticket selector. If it has this number or more unique Datetimes is show based on the option above. Set this to 3 and save. Now view your ticket selector page, does it show an option to filter the tickets more? |

Hi, Thank you for this information, we only use one DateTime (2021) then create all the tickets on that DateTime. I tried what you suggested and nothing changed. For that to work would we need a different DateTime for each ticket? Thanks |

Hi there, Yes, each of those tickets would need to be assigned to its own individual DateTime for the above to work. Before you start changing up your event, I’d recommend creating a test event with a similar set-up so you can see how it will work and if that set-up will work for you. Create a new event and create say 4 Datetime set to a date in the future (they must be unique Datetimes for this to work, so they all can’t be the same date). Create 4 tickets (one for each DateTime) and click on the icon for each of the tickets and assign them to one specific datetime. Then view the event and with the settings how I mentioned above you should, does it show a filter on the ticket selector? If you post a link to this new event I can check it out (set the post to bs password protects and just post the password here to prevent users from registering on the event). |

Hi, Thank you that worked. I can see what you mean, but unfortunately, this approach won’t work for us. We might just keep it the way we have it now for now. Thanks Again |

You’re most welcome. I’m sorry it doesn’t work out how you need it. |
