I’m having problems when I try to select to buy a ticket from the drop down menu. It sends me the another page for example: I start at myevent and tries to go to myevent/1 However, the /1 points to nothing and cannot find the event.
Please HELP.

Hi Benjamin,

Could you confirm that Event Espresso and any addons are up to date?

If not, could you please backup your WordPress and update?

Also, is a link available so I can see this issue?

Thank you for your quickly response.

I think I can update the plugin but I’m not sure how to do it
This is what I see in WP
You have the correct Site License Key for Event Espresso but your current membership access only allows for automatic upgrades on one domain. Please log into your account to manage your Site License Keys or purchase a support license now.

I tried restoring the files but I’m still having the same issue. could you also reset the key again. Thanks. Is it a javascript issue maybe?

Hello, I’ve reset your key. Could you try temporarily disabling all plugins and reactivating Event Espresso and re-testing?

Then if it works, please activate your plugins one by one to locate the conflicting plugin.

Please also link to an event so I can take a closer look.

Thanks Benjamin. I just tried in the current version of Chrome and I did not have any issues.

I used the name Test Test for registration.

Are you running a current web browser:

http://browsehappy.com

Could you run a quick test with a different web browser to see if anything changes?

I’m still having issues even with new browsers. Can you try to select a ticket and wait it tries to reload the page with something like http://www.jinnthemovie.com/events/the-north-american-premiere-of-a-supernatural-thriller/1/
A number is attached next to the url for example /1/ /2/ /3/ etc.

Thanks for your help

Hi,

I took a look at this but cannot seem to see the actual registration form.

The page title says Page not found http://www.jinnthemovie.com/events/the-north-american-premiere-of-a-supernatural-thriller/
