Downloads disappeared?

Hi,

I purchased EE4 and the ticketing plugin and am now just getting around to installing them on my site. I cannot find where to download them now.

Also I posted a month ago about migrating data from EE3 to EE4: https://eventespresso.com/topic/upgrading-from-ee3-to-ee4-migrating-database/#post-155142

You recommended using the migration tool and I don’t see any such tool in my EE3 setting/options.

Hi Melvin,

I can advise contacting the sales team about the downloads disappearing. You can contact them via the form on this page:

Please be sure to select “Sales/Billing Question” under where it says “Department”.

The migration tool is built into EE4 and is activated after you deactivate EE3 and activate EE4.
