Hi, when I try to download the event registration csv file, I am receiving the following message. I cannot work out what how to fix it. Any suggestions as I need to be able to download the csv by Friday. Thanks.

The file will download automatically when done, and then you will be redirected.
An exception of type EventEspressoBatchRequest\Helpers\BatchRequestException occurred while running BatchRunner::create_job(). Its message was The class EventEspressoBatchRequestJobHandlersRegistrationsReport does not exist, and so could not be used for running a job. Hi there,

Have you recently updated Event Espresso using FTP?

Usually, the error posted means there are files missing from your EE install so you could start by re-installing Event Espresso.

First create a database backup, just to be safe. A plugin I use for this is:

https://en-gb.wordpress.org/plugins/backupwordpress/

But there are plenty to choose from.

Then go to Dashboard -> Plugins.

De-activate and delete Event Espresso (you will not lose any data)

Re-download the latest version of Event Espresso from your account page and upload it through Plugins -> Add new -> upload plugin.

Re-activate and retest to see if you have the same problem.

Thank you – I originally updated through WordPress. I have just tried your suggestion and unfortunately I seem to be getting the same error:

The file will download automatically when done, and then you will be redirected.

Hi, I’ve discovered it is another plugin clashing with Event Espresso – Web 2.0 Directory plugin. We want to add a directory plugin to the website, do you know of any that work with Event Espresso? Thanks

Hi there,

The GravityView plugin has no known compatibility issues with Event Espresso. I’ve got Gravity Forms + GravityView loaded up on an Event Espresso testing site and I checked the CSV report there, it works.

Another option would be to open a ticket with the developer of Web 2.0 Directory. If the developer of Web 2.0 Directory has any questions about how to make their plugin not break Event Espresso they can open an issue report here and someone from the development team will follow up with them.
