I keep getting this error when downloading CSV Report: an error occurred while processing this directive
I increased my wp-config to 960 seconds and 512M, and I increased my php.ini file to 512M. I have almost 5000 records to download. I’m on Blue Host Shared.
Also can I download category-specific since I’m now into 2016? Ex…Is there a way to download just 2015 records?
If I have to do the work-around, is there a way to download my records directly from the database instead so I can do it in one shot?
Hi, we are working on a batching feature that will break the export up into smaller sizes. It appears that it is timing out when you are trying to export all records at once.
Also, try exporting registrants from a specific event instead of all at once. That will reduce the size and should all the reports to be generated.
After you have setup the workaround that Tony shared in the link above, go to Event Espresso –> Events. Then hover over the name of an event and click on Registrations.
This will show you registrations for a specific event.
Let us know if you are able to generate the reports using this workaround.
