We have an issue where the Download PDF for Invoice does not work.
When the button is click the post back occurs and then it looks like some processing is occurring and then HTML content of the website without the styles applied is displayed as apposed to the PDF being displayed.
On the surface everything appears ok and I am at a loss to what it is and what I should check for this issue.
We received your request for priority support. After reviewing your site, it appears that your copy of Event Espresso 4 has not been updated in quite some time. Is there a reason for this, perhaps some customizations were made?
The issue with the PDF download may be resolved by updating to the current version of Event Espresso 4. This same issue happened on another site last year and we were able to narrow down the cause and include a fix in a software update. You can read more about it in this other topic:
I went ahead and applied the patch that’s included in the current version of Event Espresso 4 and the invoice PDF generates as expected. You can update to the current version of Event Espresso 4 when you’re ready and it will include this and other fixes and improvements.
